The gravel filter system from WashTec ensures reliable water treatment from 10 to 80 m³/h. With particularly resilient filter technology and the combination of coarse and fine gravel layers, up to 85 % of the wash water is reused.

Modular filter system

Thanks to its modular design, the gravel filter system can be customised to suit different requirements and spatial conditions – with minimum space requirements. This makes it ideal for existing and new conveyor tunnel system concepts.

Gravel filter Pro

The gravel filter Pro system uses frequency-controlled pumps that control the output as required. Result: Up to 50 % lower energy costs in comparison to conventional systems – with consistently high filtration performance.

Maximum filtration performance

Glass beads can optionally be used instead of traditional filter gravel. They optimise the flow and increase the efficiency of physical-biological fixed-bed filtration.

Bio+

The separate biology circuit downstream of the gravel filter provides continuously high water quality: Detergent residues are efficiently removed from the water, ensuring a stain-free wash result. The technology can be retrofitted or integrated directly into new systems.
