SoftCare Juno

The SoftCare Juno gantry system provides high performance in a small space. With a length of just nine metres, you can achieve quality and speed with a high wash volume. 

High throughput

Four side brushes and two roof washers minimise the washing time per vehicle. Thanks to storing the contours, the drying process with two dryers also runs efficiently.

Compact design

The entire washing and drying unit is integrated over a length of just nine metres, making optimum use of the available space in standard wash bays.

Brilliant results

The combination of additional washers, flexibly expandable high-pressure options and optimised chemicals provides particularly thorough and gentle cleaning.

SoftCare Takt

Two gantries, one continuous process – SoftCare Takt sets new standards for speed and efficiency. The dual-gantry setup allows two vehicles to be washed and dried in parallel, enabling a maximum throughput of up to 20 vehicles per hour.

Double the washing speed

Two gantries working in series cut the washing and drying time in half. While one vehicle is being washed, the next is already drying.

Effective cleaning and drying

One roof brush and two side brushes optimally clean all the vehicle contours. Drying takes place effectively in the separate drying zone using powerful top and side dryers.

SofTecs brushes

The SofTecs brushes are made from paint-friendly material, adapt perfectly to the contours of the vehicle thanks to their large diameter and dense bristles, and clean particularly thoroughly and gently.

Wheel washer

Clean rims without taking additional time: Thanks to the diagonal infeed, the WheelJet wheel washer always finds the perfect starting point. The innovative "pulse" procedure sets the brush down several times just before the rim, realigns it and therefore ensures even cleaning deep down into the rims.

MultiFlex

Clean hatchbacks at last! The multi-dimensional side brush swivels to the rear thanks to its flexible axle, positions itself perfectly and even cleans areas that are difficult to reach which conventional side washes don't cover – right under the rear spoiler and into the bumper recess.

FlexStream

Maximum flexibility for maximum washing results: The FlexStream rotary roof nozzle is fully manoeuvrable and operates particularly close to the vehicle during chemical application, high-pressure cleaning and drying – and is therefore particularly effective.

TurboNozzle

TurboNozzles are the particularly powerful high-pressure options for effective dirt removal. The rotating spot spray nozzles clean precisely and powerfully with a powerful high-pressure jet – with pinpoint accuracy, also in the front, rear and sill areas.
